It sat on top of existing databases to make exploring, querying, and understanding data approachable instead of intimidating. Designed the data models, wrote the backend services, worked across SQL and NoSQL, and built interfaces that make complex data feel calm.

Founded Candle to help new marketplaces get from zero to one faster. Led product strategy, engineering, and go-to-market for an API-first marketplace infrastructure platform that abstracted away the most painful backend work — discovery, screening, contracting, retention — so founders could focus on users, brand, and momentum. A deep, first-hand lesson in what it takes to bootstrap developer-facing infrastructure.

Pivoted from Build with Beam into Next Big Shop and spearheaded the technical foundation of a platform that tracked millions of shops and products to deliver predictive e-commerce analytics. Developed the algorithms for data aggregation and prediction, enabled real-time tracking and trend analysis, and built for stability and scalability in a fast-paced startup environment.

A unified lead management platform for rentals.

REMY brought agents leads and helped them turn those leads into leases: a mobile app to add, photograph, and syndicate listings; syndication to list once and market across multiple platforms; and a CRM that helped agents figure out what to ask renters, and when, so they could close more deals.
